Beschreibung
TenneT is looking for reliable, trustworthy and highly professional providers of Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels (ERRV), also called Safety Standby Vessels, and their crews to conclude a service framework contract for the duration of 3 years (+2 +2 years as options). An ERRV is required during various scenarios related to the operation of TenneT's offshore platforms. It is to ensure and increase the safety of the people working offshore, especially during non-routine works at non-secured working environments, like over the side or underneath the platform. The ERRV will be utilised during scheduled maintenance campaigns as well as for short-term trouble shooting and construction campaigns. The ERRV will be working in close vicinity of the platform and cover overboard works at the platforms and rescue persons from the water in case of emergency and providing them with first aid.

„Details of the award procedure can be found in the openly accessible document "Procedure Guidelines.pdf", which can be downloaded from the tender page (see section 5.1.11 of this EU notice). * In order to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the awarding authority (TenneT) in the tender documents, it is mandatory to conclude a confidentiality Agreement (NDA) provided for download via Mercell Source-to-Contract tender main page (see section 5.1.11 of this EU notice). Please send the signed and stamped copy to: dominik.schellhase@tennet.eu. After submitting the NDA and a plausibility check by TenneT, TenneT will grant the interested parties access to the tender by email. After registering for the tender at Mercell, applicants will find all tender documents under "Questionnaires", section "Call for Competition", question 1.2.1.“

Price 35 %Preis
The price criterion is based on the following evaluation of the bids/offers: The bid with the lowest bid price will be ranked at 1.00. Any bid that exceeds 2 times the lowest bid price will be awarded the last rank, which always corresponds to the number of bids submitted and evaluated. The evaluation of the bid prices which lie in between is carried out by means of linear interpolation with up to two decimal digits. This applies to both, the selection of candidates to conduct the negotiations with (evaluation based on the initial offer documents) as well as the later awarding of the contract to the winning candidate (evaluation based on BAFO documents).

Contractual Conditions 35 %Qualität
The contractual parts of the initial offers and negotiation results (BAFO) are evaluated against the client’s requirements laid out in the tender documents and assessed on a comparative basis (relative method). The annotated contract drafts sent in by the bidders are evaluated with regard to the final distribution of contractual risks to the disadvantage of the client in comparison to the client's original draft contract proposal. This applies to both, the selection of candidates to conduct the negotiations with (evaluation based on the initial offer documents) as well as the later awarding of the contract to the winning candidate (evaluation based on BAFO documents).
