TenneT Qualifications System for the production and delivery of lattice steel towers TQS 2025

By this qualification system suppliers for the production and delivery of lattice steel towers will be qualified.   All information and documents of this qualification system shall remain the property of the customer. The candidate shall be obliged to exclusively use the confidential information in connection with the qualification system and not for other purposes. All confidential information shall be treated strictly confidentially by the candidate and must not be made accessible to anybody.   You have to download attached non-disclosure agreement, fill it and send it signed to heiko.baernreuther@tennet.eu and mirco.kraus@tennet.eu. Afterwards you will receive the invitation to this qualification system. From the moment of application notes or questions regarding the documents of this qualification system must be submitted exclusively via the Mercell bidding platform. Information on lodging legal remedies: The application to initiate a review procedure is inadmissible if: 1) the applicant has recognised the alleged breach of procurement regulations before submitting the application for review and has not notified the contracting authority within a period of 10 calendar days; the expiry of the period pursuant to Section 134 (2) GWB remains unaffected. 2 GWB remains unaffected, 2) violations of procurement regulations that are recognisable on the basis of the contract notice are not notified to the contracting authority at the latest by the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders specified in the contract notice, 3) violations of procurement regulations that are only recognisable in the tender documents are not notified to the contracting authority at the latest by the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders, 4) more than 15 calendar days have passed since receipt of the notification from the contracting authority that it does not intend to remedy a complaint.
