EN-B1: Technical and professional ability (Mit dem Teilnahmeantrag; Mittels Eigenerklärung): 1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 100,000.00 EUR (net). 2. At least two (2) reference projects in the field of climate change adaptation (CCA) related to water resources or ecosystem-based adaptation; and at least two (2) reference projects in the field of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM); among these references at least two (2) reference projects implemented in the West Africa region during the last 36 months (the reference date being the publication date of this call for tenders).
