Beschreibung

The offshore converter system shall be procured as an EPCI contract and consists of the turnkey offshore substation and the onshore substation including all equipment (such as, but not limited to the converter, transformer, etc.) and all necessary and required services (transport, project management, etc.) with a transmission capacity of 2 GW. The connecting DC cable system between the two converters is not part of the scope. The associated civil works for the HVDC Onshore Substation are not a mandatory scope of the tender. Bidders may choose to offer these works in their bid, which will result in an improved scoring as per technical tender evaluation criteria. Other bidders will receive these works as free issued scope, provided by the Employer. Completion Date (CoD) 2030 is anticipated; however a later CoD will be considered and will have a negative impact on evaluation.
