As the first cross-border transmission system operator, we plan, build, and operate an almost 25,000-kilometer high-voltage network in the Netherlands and large parts of Germany, enabling the European energy market with our 17 interconnectors to neighboring countries. Service Description The client intends to employ external penetration testing for upcoming tasks. The objective of this tender is to establish a framework agreement with a specialized, neutral penetration testing company to efficiently and flexibly handle the process of offer creation and assignment. Based on past experiences, an estimated total volume of 100 person-days per year is anticipated (no purchase obligation). The framework agreement is initially planned for 36 months, with an option to extend up to five times for an additional 12 months each, totaling a maximum of 96 months. Services will be called upon on a project-by-project basis. The client will describe the required work packages, including the available timeframe for each planned service.
